Gungahlin sits about 11 km north of Canberra’s city centre and has grown into one of the capital’s most vibrant districts. Its town centre is packed with cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and shops, while the light rail runs straight from Gungahlin Place into the city.
Our building faces Yerrabi Pond District Park, with walking and cycling paths, playgrounds and picnic spots right across the road. Head a little further and you’ll find Gungahlin Pond, the wildlife of Mulligans Flat Woodland Sanctuary and the family attractions of Gold Creek Village. The area is known for its strong community feel, which makes it a relaxed base for families, business travellers and anyone bringing a pet.
